In my first week of making lifestyle changes I’ve not been entirely successful, but I’ve had an absolute blast!
Unbelievably, according to MyFitness Pal (an amazing FREE food and nutrition tracking app) I have lost 0.3kg. By using this tool I have started to consider my food choices more, and have been taking lunches to work to avoid overeating and overspending!
Here’s my food breakdown for the week – I’m sure as this project goes on all this will make more sense.
NOTE TO SELF FOR FOLLOWING WEEK:
Less alcohol and more exercise!
